93.102. The minutes of the meeting at which a director is dismissed shall record the facts on which the decision is based.
The mutual insurance association shall transmit to the director a substantiated notice of his dismissal, by registered mail, within fifteen days of the decision.
The association shall also transmit, as soon as possible, a notice of the dismissal by filing a declaration to that effect in accordance with the Act respecting the legal publicity of enterprises (chapter P-44.1).
