174.5. The Minister may, if he considers it expedient and after obtaining the opinion of the Authority, grant to the professional order the authorization to insure its members in respect of professional liability and, for the purposes specified in paragraph g of section 93 of the Professional Code (chapter C‐26), to provide liability insurance to a partnership or company within which members of the order are authorized to carry on their professional activities in accordance with section 187.11 of that Code.

174.5.
