42. The Government may authorize the Minister for Canadian Intergovernmental Affairs and the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food to make agreements with the Government of Canada to further the carrying out of this act, particularly respecting the repayment of the costs of administration of the advances and of the contributions paid by the Gouvernement du Québec for the operation of a scheme.
