79.14. Where the Commission does not receive applications from at least five qualified voters in a municipality whose territory is concerned by the by-law, filed in accordance with section 79.12 in respect of the by-law, the by-law is deemed to be in conformity with the objectives of the RCM plan and the provisions of the complementary document from the expiry of the period prescribed in section 79.12.
The by-law is also deemed to be in conformity with the objectives of the RCM plan and the provisions of the complementary document from the date on which the Commission gives, in accordance with section 79.13, an assessment confirming such conformity.
