A-14 - Act respecting legal aid and the provision of certain other legal services

60. Where an advocate or notary not in the employ of a legal aid centre or the Commission provides legal services to a recipient within the scope of this Act, he shall not receive, in respect of such services, any fees or expenses except those provided for by this Act and the regulations.
Any person who has paid a sum of money or procured any other advantage not provided for by this Act is entitled to recover it.

An advocate or notary not in the employ of a corporation and rendering professional services to a recipient shall not receive or recover, with respect to those services, any fees or expenses except those provided for by this Act. Every person who has paid a sum of money or supplied any other benefit not provided for in this Act is entitled to recover it.

60. An advocate or notary not in the employ of a corporation and rendering professional services to a recipient shall not receive fees from such recipient. A recipient who has paid such fees is entitled to recover them.
