45. Section 24 of the Public Service Act (chapter F-3.1.1), adapted as required, applies with regard to an advocate or a notary employed full time by a legal aid centre.

45. An advocate or a notary employed full time by a legal aid corporation shall not, under pain of dismissal, offer himself as a candidate in a federal, provincial, municipal or school election or engage in partisan activities in favour of a candidate or a political party.
