A-13.2.1 - Act respecting assistance and compensation for victims of crime

20. If a person is convicted of an indictable offence listed in Schedule I, conviction or discharge under section 736 of the Criminal Code (Revised Statutes of Canada, 1985, chapter C-46) shall, once it has acquired the authority of a final judgment (res judicata), constitute conclusive proof of the commission of the offence.
