124. The Minister shall enter into an agreement with the Société de l’assurance automobile du Québec and the Commission de la santé et de la sécurité du travail to establish a procedure for the processing of claims filed, as the case may be, under the Act respecting industrial accidents and occupational diseases (chapter A-3.001) or the Automobile Insurance Act (chapter A-25) by any person referred to in section 123.
Such an agreement must enable
(1)  a distinction to be made between the damage resulting from the new event and that attributable to a previous event governed by an Act administered by the Minister;
(2)  the entitlement to and amount of the benefits payable under each of the applicable Acts to be determined;
(3)  the benefits to be paid by each authority to be determined and the cases, amounts and reimbursement procedures between authorities to be specified.
