3. The following are holidays:
(1) Saturdays and Sundays;
(2) 1 and 2 January;
(3) Good Friday;
(4) Easter Monday;
(5) the Monday preceding 25 May;
(6) 24 June;
(7) 1 July;
(8) the first Monday in September;
(9) the second Monday in October;
(10) 24, 25, 26 and 31 December;
(11) any other holiday fixed by the Government.
3. The following are non-juridical days:
(1) Saturdays and Sundays;
