31. Order: In any family case involving the interests of a minor child, the Court may, on initiative or on request, order the Service d’expertise psychosociale to designate an expert to shed light on any question connected with child custody or concerning the child.
Where applicable, consent, drafted in accordance with Form IV and signed by the parties and their lawyers, is filed in the record.
