Regulation respecting the rate of return of video lotteries
Act respecting lotteries, publicity contests and amusement machines
(chapter L-6, s. 119).
1. For all games offered by the video lottery machines forming part of a video lottery system within the meaning of paragraph l of section 1 of the Act respecting lotteries, publicity contests and amusement machines (chapter L-6), the rate of return must not be less than 83%.
