Regulation respecting the use by the Commission de la construction du Québec of the interest from funds kept in trust for union and employer dues received from employers of the construction industry
Act respecting labour relations, vocational training and workforce management in the construction industry
(chapter R-20, s. 123).
1. The Commission de la construction du Québec is authorized to use for its administration the whole of the interest on the funds kept in trust for union and employer dues received from employers of the construction industry.
