Regulation respecting the use by the Commission de la construction du Québec of unidentified funds kept in trust for compulsory annual vacations and public holidays of construction employees
Act respecting labour relations, vocational training and workforce management in the construction industry
(chapter R-20, s. 123).
1. The Commission de la construction du Québec is authorised to use for its administration the sums held in trust for compulsory annual vacations and general holidays and for which the recipient has not been able as of 1 January of any year to be identified for the 3 preceding years.
