Regulation respecting the terms and conditions of payment of pensions to mayors and councillors
Act respecting retirement plans for the mayors and councillors of municipalities
(chapter R-16, s. 42).
1. The pension shall be paid every 14 days in the same manner and on the same dates as that paid under the Act respecting the Government and Public Employees Retirement Plan (chapter R-10).

2. When the annual value of the pension is less than $100, there shall be only one annual payment made in the month of June each year, except for the first payment.
