Regulation authorizing the operation of certain off-highway vehicles
Act respecting off-highway vehicles
(chapter V-1.2, s. 47, 1st par., subpar. 5).
1. In addition to the off-highway vehicles mentioned in section 33.1 of the Act respecting off-highway vehicles (chapter V-1.2), off-highway vehicles equipped with the following engines or motor are authorized to be operated in the places listed in paragraphs 1 to 4 of section 12.1 of the Act:
(1)  a two-stroke engine;
(2)  an electric motor;
(3)  a hybrid engine.
