FARM PRODUCER — STATUS — THRESHOLD OF ELIGIBILITY

1. For the purposes of clause iv of subparagraph j of the first paragraph of section 1 of the Farm Producers Act (chapter P-28), the amount of the annual value of production intended for marketing below which a person engaged in the production of a product is not considered a farm producer be fixed at $5,000.
