Tariff for the purposes of section 194 of the Highway Safety Code
Highway Safety Code
(chapter C-24.2, s. 621, 1st par., subpar. 52).
1. To determine the compensation to be paid to the Société de l’assurance automobile du Québec by the Government, a municipality or a Native entity under section 648.2 of the Highway Safety Code (chapter C-24.2) for the purposes of section 194 of the Code, the amount referred to in section 648.2 is fixed at $22.
